A new performance and installation space in the vibrant arts community of Long Island City.

Led by creative director Helen Banner, Zoopraxic is a micro-theatre making shows that utilize site-specific performance + expanded cinema + art installations + live visuals + moving image + animation.

In our main 600 sq foot studio, we make theatre and experimental performance on a vintage folding stage.

In the adjacent 150 square foot studio, we focus on installation, moving image and mixed reality displays and experiences.
